Construction activities have either completely blocked the catch basin filter, or the storm drain system is further compromised at corner of 179th & 46th Ave S. The storm drains on 46th Ave backed up a couple weeks ago as well, causing water to rush down a neighbors driveway (upstream from this site) and flooding their garage. Not sure if jetting the storm drain is required, but CB sock is not doing its job either way. This should be addressed immediately with the pending rain that has been forecasted. Immediate Investigation Requested: Unpermitted Commercial Staging Yard & Graffiti at Address: 21131 31st Ave S, SeaTac, WA 98198 Violation Details: I am submitting critical new evidence regarding the illegal commercial staging yard operation at this residential property. The scope of the violations has escalated drastically into active commercial exploitation and criminal property damage: Illegal Commercial Shuttle/Transit Depot: Attached photos catch the operators in the act of loading groups of customers carrying rolling luggage into the commercial passenger vans. They are actively running a high-turnover charter, shuttle, or transit dispatch depot directly out of a residential zone without a business license. Severe Heavy-Duty Truck Violations: The operators have now parked massive, Class 6 medium-duty commercial box trucks directly on the unpaved dirt yard. These large logistics vehicles heavily exceed 19,500+ lbs GVWR. This is nearly double SeaTac’s strict 10,000 lbs residential zoning weight limit, creating a severe neighborhood nuisance and risking damage to residential terrain.Public Roadway Defacement (Graffiti): The operators have spray-painted massive text ("DO NOT... When this sewer was put in down the shared alley it violated code 15.445 trenching inside of a protected mature western red cedar 10 feet around the base would be a 38 ft protected that has since been buried, possibly killing that root system . I also requested the blacktop disposal because i know blacktop is buried at 1235s 207, and possibly at 208th 13th, i could not find that in the records. |
